Sudden thoughts! Patchy has many fears, one of which is being worn, but fear out of safety of others. Off topic: He hates washing machines.

Story Wall Funtime! When I think like this I just gotta let it out..
TL;DR: If you wear Patchy, you get squished. Not his fault though!

-Unknown Date-
Speaker: Subject, enter the object's room
Patchy: P-please don't cut me a-anymore.. M-my cuts just f-finished restitching..
Speaker: No cuts today, we're doing something different. Subject, please remove the object's head, it'll be fine.
Patchy: H-hey.. I-I don't want to be b-broken again either..
Speaker: We'll reattach you after we're through. Subject, please proceed.

-Patchy's head is placed on a nearby table in full view of his own body and the subject-
Patchy: W-what is he g-gonna do?
Subject: Relax, I'm just gonna try to wear you.
Patchy: W-what??
-Subject begins to unzip Patchy's back, afterwards placing a hand inside-
Subject: Wow.. it's.. so warm.
Patchy: Th-that feels w-weird.. s-stop..
Speaker: Pay no attention to what it says, we've established that it cannot possibly feel anything. Please proceed.
Subject: Are you sure I can fit? You guys said I can't take any stuffing out.
Speaker: The object has a high limit to how much is inside it, you should be able to fit with relative ease.
Subject: Alright then..
-Subject proceeds to put Patchy's body on until he is completely inside-

Subject: It feels really comfortable.. I don't even feel overheated, just, it feels so nice!
Patchy: P-please.. g-get out.. I-it feels really weird.. I-I don't like it..
Speaker: Please proceed, it must be completely worn to conclude this test.
-Subject tries to zip up his back, but can only make it halfway-
Subject: The thing isn't tight but I can't zip myself all the way, I need some help.
Patchy: W-wait, t-this doesn't feel r-right.. I.. I don't think you should..
Subject: Doc?
Speaker: Ignore it, someone will be with you shortly to assist.

-Assistant arrives, begins to help zip up the subject-
Patchy: P-please! Th-this doesn't feel right! S-stop!
Subject: Everything's okay so far, we'll be done soon.
Speaker: No need to give it sympathy subject, it is just trying to trick you.
Patchy: No! Please!
-Assistant finishes zipping up the subject-
Subject: See? Everything's fi- hrk!
-Subject's body seizes and trembles, Patchy's fabric tightens as fluff within begins to harden and constrict-
Subject: T-take.. G-get it hrk.. off!
-Assistant backs away slowly as subject struggles to reach for the zipper-
-Subject coughs up blood before his entire body seizes up. Subject falls to the floor, completely limp. Subject's head rolls from Patchy's body, no blood stain or stuffing spilling from the neck hole of the body-

-Notes-
-Head of object needed to be removed, "suit" could not be worn properly due to head stuffing being unable to be removed by any known means.
-Subject noted warmth and complete comfort. Warmth is noted from previous testing. Cause of warmth is unknown
-Object seems aware of its body being touched even when its head is detached.
-No apparent danger to being worn
-After being completely zipped, subject began to tremble and spasm
-Subject began to bleed from all head orifices before collapsing
-Inspection of the object's body produced no trace of the subject's body within
-Any trace of blood seems to have been absorbed by the object's body
-Previous testing has noted that stuffing is compacted and flesh-like when object is completely zipped. Nearly impossible to remove in this state. Unknown cause. Possibility that the subject was constricted completely by "solidifying stuffing" when zipped.
-Object's size has not changed after "consuming" subject.
-After being reattached, object quickly moved to the corner. Appeared to be trembling and began to produce tears. Tears have been produced during previous testing, origin of tears unknown, having no internal organs of any sort whatsoever.
-Test conclusion: Object should not be worn. If worn, must never be zipped.
-Object continues to be a mystery, requires further testing.

Not sure how he escaped that strange facility just yet. But at least he did somehow! Probably some sympathetic scientist helped him out. Also dunno if he's really part of my FNAF bois just yet. I mean he should be I guess, I'm just not sure how
